Weston Urban Is Remaking the SA Skyline

Local developer Weston Urban and Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects released the long-anticipated design for Frost Tower, a 420,000-square-foot skyscraper born out of an intricate public-private partnership among Weston Urban, Frost Bank and the city of San Antonio.

The amazing part of the piece is that this:

Smith is referring in his praise to the actual building, which will be downtown San Antonio’s first high-rise office tower constructed since 1989.

It reminds me of the Chicago architecture tour I took a couple of years ago. When I got back home to San Antonio I was shocked at how small our buildings look.
