The Pearl in Construction
I lived at the Pearl in the early 2010s and saw much of it being built. It was cool, as had always enjoyed living downtown but there were not as many things to do. The farmer’s market was rough, and there was much more dirt and construction debris around. Now, there is a food hall and the big turf field for people to enjoy. Then, it was just the idea.
